Payment Methods

The Payment Methods card shows the payment methods currently on file for your organization.

Adding a payment method

  1. Click Add Card
  2. Enter your card details in the Stripe-managed payment form
  3. Submit to save
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Acasia does not store raw card numbers.
Only organization administrators and users with the Add Credits permission can manage billing settings. If you do not see the Billing page or the Add Card button, contact your organization administrator.

Credits-based billing

Acasia uses a credits-based billing model. GPU usage is drawn from your organization’s credit balance. Adding a payment method enables your organization to purchase additional credits when needed. Contact Acasia at acasia.com/contact for information about credit packages and pricing.

Billing access

Billing settings are restricted to organization administrators and users with the Add Credits permission granted during invitation. If you need billing access, ask an organization administrator to invite you with the Add Credits permission enabled.
