# Security

> Change the password on your account.

## Fields

| Field                     | Description                          |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Current Password          | Your existing account password       |
| New Password              | The password you want to set         |
| Confirm your new password | Re-enter the new password to confirm |

## Updating your password

1. Enter your **Current Password**
2. Enter a **New Password**
3. Re-enter the new password in **Confirm your new password**
4. Click **Save**

  Use a strong, unique password and store it in a password manager. Do not reuse passwords across services.

## If you forget your password

Use the forgot password flow on the login page to reset your password via email. The Security page requires your current password — it cannot be used if you are locked out of your account.
