# Billing

> Payment methods, credits, and who in your organization is allowed to manage them.

## Payment Methods

The **Payment Methods** card shows the payment methods currently on file for your organization.

| State        | Description                                                         |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Empty        | No payment method added yet                                         |
| Card on file | A saved card with last four digits, expiry, and card type displayed |

## Adding a payment method

1. Click **Add Card**
2. Enter your card details in the Stripe-managed payment form
3. Submit to save

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Acasia does not store raw card numbers.

  Only organization administrators and users with the **Add Credits** permission can manage billing settings. If you do not see the Billing page or the Add Card button, contact your organization administrator.

## Credits-based billing

Acasia uses a credits-based billing model. GPU usage is drawn from your organization's credit balance. Adding a payment method enables your organization to purchase additional credits when needed.

## Billing access

Billing settings are restricted to organization administrators and users with the **Add Credits** permission granted during invitation. If you need billing access, ask an organization administrator to invite you with the Add Credits permission enabled.
